By accessing and using BFScrims ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Platform Description

BFScrims is a competitive statistics tracking platform for Battlefield 6 players. The Platform allows users to:

▸Search for and view player profiles and statistics
▸Upload and track match scoreboard data
▸View leaderboards and competitive records
▸Claim and link gaming profiles

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must authenticate using Discord. By authenticating, you agree to:

▸Provide accurate and current information
▸Maintain the security of your account
▸Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
▸Not impersonate others or claim profiles that are not yours

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

▸Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data
▸Attempt to manipulate statistics or leaderboards
▸Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform
▸Harass, abuse, or harm other users
▸Violate any applicable laws or regulations
▸Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems

5. Content and Data

When you upload scoreboards or other content to the Platform:

▸You retain ownership of your uploaded content
▸You grant BFScrims a license to display, process, and analyze the data
▸You warrant that you have the right to upload the content
▸BFScrims may remove content that violates these terms

All statistics, leaderboards, and aggregated data displayed on the Platform are owned by BFScrims.

6. Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We use Discord OAuth for authentication. Your Discord profile information (username, avatar, ID) may be stored and displayed on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BFSCRIMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

▸The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
▸All data will be accurate or complete
▸The Platform will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BFSCRIMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

▸Violates these Terms of Service
▸Is harmful to other users or the Platform
▸Creates legal liability for BFScrims

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Discord for authentication. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

BFScrims and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BFScrims and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. BFScrims is not affiliated with or endorsed by Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment (DICE) and/or Electronic Arts (EA).

The Battlefield series is the intellectual property of Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment (DICE) and/or Electronic Arts (EA). This site is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, EA, DICE or their licensors. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
